Group transport for stadium and arena game day shuttles
Florida has professional and college venues in every major market, and they share a structure that makes group transport obviously worthwhile. Parking is expensive and sells out, the lots empty into a small number of exits, and a meaningful share of attendees are drinking. Every one of those facts argues for a coach rather than a convoy.
The groups we carry are consistent across venues. Tailgate parties who want to arrive together and start early. Corporate suite holders bringing clients who should not be driving afterward. Alumni and booster groups travelling in from another city. And season ticket blocks who work out somewhere in November that doing this eleven more times in their own cars is a poor plan.
What we bring is the departure. Arrival is easy at any venue. Leaving is where the value is, and it comes down to having a staging point agreed before the day and a driver who knows which way out actually moves. That is worth more at 10pm than anything else in the booking.

Planning notes
- The exit is the product. Every venue is easy to reach and hard to leave. A staged pickup point and a known route out is what you are buying.
- Big dates go first. Rivalry weekends, bowl games, and playoff dates commit regional capacity long before the ordinary fixtures.
- Designated coach areas. Venues assign bus zones rather than letting you pick. We use the current ones, which change more often than people expect.
- Alcohol in the contract. Drinking on board has to be written in and carries a damage deposit. Straightforward, but worth arranging up front.

Which stadiums and arenas do you serve?
The professional and college venues across Florida, from the South Florida stadiums and arenas through Orlando, Tampa, Gainesville, Tallahassee, and Jacksonville. Tell us the venue and we will confirm the coach access arrangements.
Can we drink on the bus?
Only if it is written into the contract, and alcohol on board requires a damage deposit. Most groups arrange it for the return leg, which is where it matters anyway.
What happens after the game?
We agree a staging point in advance rather than working it out in a crowd of sixty thousand people. That plus a driver who knows the routes out is the difference between leaving and queuing.
Can we book a whole season?
Yes, and it is the better deal. A standing arrangement across a home schedule prices below individual bookings and holds the vehicle on the dates everyone else wants.

No. We are an independent charter operator that provides transportation to venues. We have no affiliation with any team, league, venue, or their sponsors.
