Charter bus services for every kind of group
Every group has a different problem. A field trip needs paperwork, a wedding needs timing, and a cruise needs luggage space. Pick the one that sounds like yours.
Rather talk it through? Call (954) 250-6667 and a dispatcher will price it with you on the spot.

Ten services, one way of pricing them
These are the trips we are asked for most often. They differ enormously in what the planning involves, and hardly at all in how the quote is built, which is from the hours, the vehicle, the season, and the stops. Each page covers how that service actually works and what we need from you to price it properly.
School field trips
Approved carrier for three Florida districts, with insurance certificates and vendor paperwork issued alongside the quote rather than chased afterward.
School field trips details
Sports team transportation
Rosters, coaching staff, and equipment moving together, with gear in the bays and drivers who plan backward from report time rather than game time.
Sports team transportation details
Wedding transportation
Guest loops from the hotel block to the venue and back, timed to your ceremony and running until the last song rather than to a short window plus overtime.
Wedding transportation details
Charter bus rental
Gratuity and fuel inside the quote from the start. The figure you approve is the figure on the contract.

Corporate transportation
Loops timed to sessions and shifts rather than a flat clock, with frequency stepped up at the peaks.

Cruise port transfers
We stage for the terminal your line actually assigns, not the port entrance or the nearest lot.
Cruise port transfers details
Group airport transfers
We track the flight itself. A delayed landing does not leave your group standing at a curb.

Minibus rental
Meaningfully cheaper than a full coach, which matters most when you were never going to fill one.
Minibus rental details
Church bus rental
The all-in figure divided by the seats you fill, worked out for you and ready for the committee.

Senior group trips
A whole calendar arranged at once prices better and guarantees vehicles through the busy months.

Employee shuttles and contract transportation
Recurring routes are quoted per month against a committed schedule, not per trip. That is meaningfully cheaper than booking the same run daily.

Scout, club, and youth group transportation
The all-in figure divided by riders, ready for a committee, a grant report, or a parent letter.
Scout, club, and youth group transportation detailsWhat every one of these has in common
The service name changes and the planning changes with it. What does not change is how we quote, what is inside the number, and who is accountable when the day arrives.
- One flat all-in figure with driver gratuity and fuel already inside it
- A professional CDL driver on every trip, with details sent ahead of the day
- The right vehicle recommended honestly, including when the cheaper one fits better
- $5,000,000 liability coverage and a safety record you can verify on the federal database
- No surprise line items, and the exclusions stated plainly rather than buried
Trips that cross categories
Plenty do. A school athletics trip is part field trip and part team travel. A conference weekend is an airport run, a shuttle loop, and an evening event on one booking. Pick whichever page is closest and we will sort out the rest from your itinerary.
Statewide, from a base in South Florida
We operate out of Oakland Park and run the whole state. Both coasts, Central Florida, and the northeast corridor are all normal work, and trips across Florida are routine here rather than an exception. Every service above has city pages covering the local constraints that actually decide how a trip goes.
Ready to price your group trip?
Reach us however you like. A person who actually knows the routes answers, not a call center reading from a script.
February through April is peak across Florida, and Saturdays in that window go first regardless of which service you need.
Choosing a service
Which service should I pick if my trip crosses categories?
Whichever is closest, and do not agonise over it. A school athletics trip is part field trip and part team travel, and a wedding weekend usually includes an airport run. The quote is built from your actual itinerary rather than from the page you happened to land on.
Do you charge differently depending on the service?
No. Every trip is priced the same way, from hours, vehicle size, season, distance, and stops. A wedding shuttle and a school trip of identical length and headcount price very similarly. What changes between services is the planning and the paperwork, not the formula.
Can one booking cover several days and several trip types?
Yes, and multi-day itineraries are common. A conference with an airport arrival, daily shuttles, and an evening event is one booking rather than four. Anything running overnight includes driver rest planning and lodging in the quote from the start.
What if you do not have a page for what I need?
Ask anyway. These pages cover the trips we are asked for most, not the limit of what we run. If it involves moving a group in Florida, it is very likely something we do routinely.
Tell us about the trip
Date, headcount, pickup, destination. That is enough for a real number, whichever service it turns out to be.
