Why the name is new and the company is not
Ace Tours & Transportation, Inc. has moved Florida groups since 1996. Over that time the work grew past what one name comfortably described, spanning school districts, cruise terminals, convention centers, spring training, and weddings on both coasts. Causeway Coach is how that work is presented now.
Nothing underneath changed. The operating team is the same, the safety record is the same and still public, and the district approvals are the same ones we have held for years. When you book Causeway Coach, the contract is with Ace Tours & Transportation, Inc., and that is deliberate. The credentials live with the legal entity, and starting fresh would have meant throwing them away.
The name itself is the most Florida thing about the operation. Causeways are what tie this state together, and crossing them on schedule is most of the job.

We answer the phone
Charter is a business where people call at 6am on trip day. You reach the company running your trip, not an overflow queue in another time zone.
We size down when it helps
If a minibus does the job, we say so. Selling you seats you will not fill is an easy way to win one booking and lose the next four.
We quote the real window
Receptions run long and flights land late. We would rather build that into the number than surprise you with overtime afterward.
We publish what we can
Policies, terms, credentials, and tour prices are on this site in plain language. What we cannot honestly fix in advance, we quote fast instead.
30 years of the same few problems
School districts moving students and gear on a calendar squeezed by testing windows. Cruise passengers who need to be at a terminal before dawn. Couples with guests spread across three hotels. Athletic directors with a tournament schedule. Convention planners with a hotel block and a venue on the other side of downtown. The details change, the logistics rhyme.

Reach us however you like. A person who actually knows the routes answers, not a call center reading from a script.
Peak season across Florida runs February through April. Dates in that window are worth locking as soon as you have them.
About the company
Who is Causeway Coach?
Causeway Coach is the group travel brand of Ace Tours & Transportation, Inc., a Florida-only intrastate operator running since 1996. Same company, same Florida operations, same coaches. The name is new, the 30 years behind it are not.
How long have you been operating?
Since 1996, which is 30 years of Florida group transportation. That covers hurricane seasons, cruise-port rebuilds, three school district approval cycles, and a lot of causeway traffic.
What area do you cover?
Florida only. We are based in South Florida and most of our work runs from the southeast coast, but Gulf Coast, Central Florida, and the northeast corridor are all normal for us. Trips across Florida are a routine part of the job here, not an exception.
Are you a broker or an actual bus company?
An actual operator. We coordinate and dispatch every trip ourselves, and manage our coaches directly. On large or concurrent bookings we draw on partner-fleet capacity, and either way the booking stays with us from the first call to the last drop-off.
Want to talk to a person?
Send the trip or pick up the phone. Either way you are talking to the company that will actually run it.
