Daytona Beach has a transportation calendar unlike anywhere else in Florida. Speedweeks and the Daytona 500 turn February into a logistics exercise. Bike Week follows almost immediately, then Jeep Beach in April, Biketoberfest in October, and the Turkey Run over Thanksgiving. In between, the Ocean Center books conventions and the Speedway hosts everything from Supercross to the Coke Zero 400.
What every one of those events shares is a parking problem and a road-closure map. International Speedway Boulevard does not get wider on race day. Hotels along A1A and the beachside end up miles from the venue their guests are trying to reach. A Daytona Beach shuttle service is worth more during those weeks than any other time of year, which is why we tell hotels and corporate groups to book their coaches months out rather than the week before.
The rest of the year, Volusia County keeps us busy with school travel, Embry-Riddle group moves, and cruise runs south to Port Canaveral, which is close enough to make a bus obviously cheaper than a week of port parking. Speedweeks and the Daytona 500
February brings qualifying, the Duels, the truck and Xfinity races, and the 500 itself. We run hotel-to-Speedway loops, corporate hospitality transfers, and fan group charters. Drop zones and closures change year to year, so we confirm the plan against the current traffic map.
Bike Week and Biketoberfest
Late February into March, and again in October. Hotels, bars, and venues book shuttle loops so their guests can get to Main Street and the Speedway without riding home after last call. These are business-to-business bookings more than consumer ones.
Ocean Center conventions
The convention complex sits 400 feet from the beach and about ten minutes from Daytona Beach International. Attendee shuttles between beachside hotels and the center are a straightforward win when the walk is longer than it looks on a map.
Port Canaveral cruise runs
About an hour south, which makes a group shuttle an easy call compared with driving and paying for a week of port parking. We handle both the sail-day run and the debarkation pickup.
Embry-Riddle and campus travel
Student organizations, athletics, competition teams, and family weekends all need group moves that a rideshare app cannot solve. Airport runs to Orlando are common too.

Where do buses drop off at the Speedway?
Drop zones move depending on the event and the year, and closures around International Speedway Boulevard change with it. We confirm the current plan before your date rather than repeating last year, and we brief your group on the pickup point for the return.
Can our hotel book a recurring shuttle loop during Bike Week?
Yes, and it is one of our more common Daytona bookings. A continuous loop between your property and the main venues, running the hours you set. Tell us your guest count and the window and we will size the vehicle and the frequency.
Is a bus cheaper than driving to Port Canaveral?
For a group, usually yes once you count port parking for the length of the sailing, fuel, and the extra cars. It also means nobody is responsible for driving home the day everyone disembarks tired.
