Group transport for golf tournament shuttles
Championship golf has a transport model built into it. Courses have no meaningful spectator parking, so tournaments run remote lots with continuous shuttle loops as a matter of course. That means the question is never whether there will be buses, only whose they are and whether the corporate groups get something better than the general loop.
The corporate side is where the value sits. Hospitality tents, pro-am pairings, and client entertainment all involve small to mid-sized groups arriving on a schedule, frequently drinking, and expecting not to walk from a distant field. A dedicated vehicle for a hospitality group is a different product from the public shuttle and is priced accordingly.
Florida carries a dense championship calendar from February through May, concentrated around Ponte Vedra in the northeast and the Palm Beach County courses in the southeast. Both weeks pull hospitality groups through Florida airports, which adds airport transfers and multi-day arrangements to the same booking.

Weather moves championship days constantly. We keep the vehicle available rather than working to a fixed return, which is why a dedicated coach beats the public loop for a hospitality group.
Do you handle multi-day arrangements?
Regularly. Most corporate groups book across several days of the week, often with an airport arrival at the start and a departure at the end on the same arrangement.
