What coordinators ask
How much does a field trip bus cost per student?
Divide the all-in trip price by the seats you fill and you have your per-student number. Our quotes show that math for you, so the PTA email practically writes itself, and the figure we send already includes driver gratuity and fuel.
Should we book a school bus or a charter bus?
Short hops across town suit a yellow bus. Anything over an hour, athletics with equipment, or band travel rides better in a motorcoach with luggage bays, a restroom, and real air conditioning. Ask us and we will tell you honestly which one your trip needs.
What insurance documents will our district ask for?
Districts typically want a certificate of insurance naming the district as certificate holder at set limits. We issue those routinely and we already know how each district wants it formatted.
Do the buses have seat belts?
Vehicle by vehicle, and our newer motorcoaches have three-point belts. Tell us your district requirement when you book and we will assign a coach that meets it.
