Charter bus rental across Florida
Whatever the occasion, the problem is the same: a group, a place to be, and a time it actually has to happen. That is the entire job, and we have been doing it in Florida since 1996.
Rather talk it through? Call (954) 250-6667 and a dispatcher will price it with you on the spot.

Charter bus rental in Florida
Charter bus rental is a simple product wrapped in a lot of unnecessary complication. You need a vehicle, a professional driver, and a plan that gets your group where it is going on time. Most of what makes the industry frustrating comes from companies that will not tell you what things cost, will not confirm what is included, and will not say whose bus is actually turning up.
We run this the other way round. One flat all-in figure with the driver gratuity and fuel already inside it. A clear statement of what sits outside the number, which is tolls, parking, and driver lodging on overnight runs. And one company that dispatches your trip, answers the phone about it, and stays accountable for it from the first call to the last drop-off.
The other half of the job is honesty about the vehicle. A 56-passenger motorcoach is not automatically the right answer, and for a group of eighteen it is an expensive one. We will tell you when a mid-size coach or a minibus does the job better and costs less, because the alternative is winning one booking and losing the next four.
What you get
- One flat number. Gratuity and fuel inside the quote from the start. The figure you approve is the figure on the contract.
- Right-sized vehicle. Three classes from 15 to 56 passengers, and a straight recommendation rather than an upsell.
- Licensed and insured. Active USDOT registration, $5,000,000 liability coverage, and a public safety record you can look up.
- Statewide coverage. Both coasts, Central Florida, and the northeast corridor. Cross-Florida runs are routine here, not an exception.
The trips we run most
Corporate and conference groups
Convention shuttles, offsites, client events, and recurring employee routes. Finance teams get one invoice instead of forty expense claims, and attendees get a loop that runs to the session schedule.
Weddings and private events
Guest shuttles between hotel blocks and venues, wedding party transfers, and late-night returns. We quote the real window rather than surprising you with overtime when the reception runs long.
Schools and youth groups
Field trips, band travel, and competitions for districts where we already hold approved carrier status. Insurance certificates and vendor paperwork go out with the quote.
Sports teams and tournaments
Rosters, coaches, and equipment moving together with the gear in the bays underneath. Away games, tournament weekends, and season-long charter arrangements.
Cruise and airport groups
Port transfers and flight-tracked airport runs at every major Florida port and airport. For a group it usually costs less than a week of terminal garage parking.
Communities and clubs
Casino nights, theatre runs, shopping trips, and day tours for 55+ communities, churches, and social clubs. Standing seasonal calendars price better than one-off bookings.
From request to rolling
Date, headcount, pickup, destination. Four things and we can start.
The right vehicle for the group, the hours checked against driver limits, one flat figure back.
A card authorization reserves the coach. Payment in full is due three business days out.

February through April is peak across Florida, and Saturdays in that window are the first thing to go. If your date is set, locking it now costs nothing and protects the vehicle.
About charter bus rental
How much does it cost to rent a charter bus?
It moves with hours, vehicle size, season, and distance far more than with mileage. A six-hour wedding block and a six-hour day trip cost about the same even when the miles are nowhere close. Send the date, headcount, and route and we will send one flat figure, usually the same business day.
How far in advance should I book?
For peak season, meaning February through April, and for any Saturday in wedding or event season, several months is sensible. Off season and midweek you can often book much closer in. If your date is fixed, holding it early costs nothing.
What size bus do I need?
Count the people, then account for the luggage. Under twenty usually suits a minibus, twenty-five to thirty-five a mid-size coach, and above that a full-size motorcoach is both more comfortable and cheaper per seat. We will tell you which honestly, including when the smaller one wins.
Do you provide the driver?
Always. Every charter includes a professional CDL driver with a passenger endorsement, background-checked and tested to federal standards. You get driver details ahead of the day rather than meeting a stranger at the curb.
Can we make multiple stops?
Yes, and multi-stop routing is normal work here. Several hotels, a school and a field, or a venue and a reception are all straightforward. Send the stop list early so we can sequence it sensibly rather than have your first passenger ride the whole route.
