Group transport for miami boat show shuttles
The Miami boat show is one of the largest marine events in the world and, for transport purposes, its defining feature is that it does not happen in one place. The show occupies multiple waterfront sites across the city and the beach, and attendees are expected to move between them across a week in February when Miami is already at its busiest.
That makes this a multi-venue loop problem rather than a simple drop-off. Dealers and exhibitors need staff moved between sites and hotels on a repeating schedule for the full show week. Buyers and hospitality guests need moving between venues on someone else's timetable. And everyone is crossing causeways at the hours those causeways are worst.
It also lands in the same fortnight as peak convention season, cruise turnarounds, and the tail of the winter tourist peak, which is why show week is one of the harder weeks of the year to source vehicles in South Florida. Groups that book in the autumn get coaches. Groups that call in January generally do not.
