How much does it cost to rent a bus for a sports team?
It comes down to distance, hours, and how much gear you are hauling. A single away game priced per athlete usually beats parents driving separately once you count gas and parking. Send us the schedule and we will come back with a flat number that already includes the driver gratuity and fuel, so the athletic budget line does not move later.
What size bus does a team need?
A 56-passenger coach handles a roster, coaches, managers, and equipment with seats to spare. Smaller squads and travel-ball teams often do better in a mid-size coach or minibus. Tell us the headcount plus the gear list and we will size it right.
Can we store equipment under the bus?
That is what the bays are for. Duffels, ball bags, helmets, and coolers all ride underneath. For tournaments with extra gear we can add a luggage trailer.
Do the buses have wifi and outlets for film?
Our full-size motorcoaches have wifi, power outlets, and monitors, so film review on the way to the game is normal for us. Ask when you book and we will assign a coach set up for it.
How far in advance should we book for tournament season?
Championship weekends and spring tournament windows fill first. If your season schedule is set, send it over and we will hold the dates now rather than scramble later.
