Charter buses to the places Florida groups actually go

Theme parks, a speedway, a space centre, and the oldest city in the country. Every one of them has a coach entrance that is not where the cars go.

Real quote, fast. We handle the transport. You buy admission direct and pay less for it.

Rather talk it through? Call (954) 250-6667 and a dispatcher will price it with you on the spot.

The thing nobody tells you

The coach entrance is not the car entrance

Every major venue in this state designates a bus loading area separate from guest parking, and it is almost always significantly closer to the gate. Groups that arrive with the general traffic start the day with a walk and a tram ride they did not budget for, and end it with the same in reverse when everyone is tired.

That is most of what local knowledge buys on these trips. The rest is timing: planning backward from when the gates open rather than forward from your hotel, and being realistic about a return that always slips later than anyone intends.

Sailing rather than sightseeing?

Cruise terminals work differently enough to have their own pages. Terminal assignments come from the cruise line, turnaround mornings have their own rhythm, and the return leg after a week at sea is the one people forget to book.

Dated events, not venues

Race weekends, festivals, and seasonal events run on their own calendar and book far earlier than an ordinary venue visit does.

Talk to a real dispatcher

Ready to price your group trip?

Reach us however you like. A person who actually knows the routes answers, not a call center reading from a script.

Spring field trip season and the autumn event nights are the two hardest windows. School reward trips in May book a semester ahead.

  1. You send the basics. Date, pickup, destination, headcount. That is enough to price it.
  2. We send one all-in number. Bus, driver, and fuel together, with tolls and parking itemized.
  3. You approve, we hold the coach. Paperwork and certificates follow for schools and vendors.
Common questions

Getting groups to Florida venues

Do you sell tickets or admission?

No, and we would not want to. We provide the transportation and you buy admission directly, which almost always costs less than going through a middleman. It also means we have no reason to steer you toward one venue over another.

Why does it matter where the coach drops off?

Because at most of these venues the bus area and the guest car park are nowhere near each other. The designated coach drop is usually considerably closer to the entrance, and with a group of children or older relatives that difference is the thing everyone remembers about the day.

Can the coach stay with our group all day?

Yes, and for multi-venue days or anything with an evening element it is usually the better arrangement than two separate runs. The vehicle waits, so your group is not tied to a return time chosen hours earlier.

How long can we realistically make a day trip?

From most of Florida, further than people assume. A coach with a restroom turns a four-hour drive into part of the day rather than the cost of it, and nobody in your group is driving home tired afterward. We will tell you honestly when a trip is better done overnight.

Do you handle school groups to these venues?

Constantly, and it is a large share of what we do. We hold approved carrier status with three Florida school districts, so certificates of insurance, cleared drivers, and per-student costings go out with the quote rather than after a chase.

Causeway Coach is an independent transportation provider. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an official transportation provider for any venue, park, speedway, or attraction named on this page. Venue names are used only to describe the destinations we serve. Check the venue directly for current hours, ticketing, and admission.

Know where you are going?

Send the venue, the date, and your headcount. One flat all-in number back, usually the same business day.
