Corporate transportation and employee shuttles
Conference loops that run to the session schedule, employee routes that run every week, and invoicing that does not generate forty expense claims.

Corporate transportation in Florida
Corporate transportation is judged on a narrow definition of success: everybody arrives before the thing starts, and nobody has to think about how. There is no credit for a scenic route. What matters is that the loop runs on time, the driver knows the assigned drop zone, and the person who booked it does not spend the event fielding messages about where the bus is.
That is why most of our corporate work is recurring rather than one-off. Conference shuttles running to a session schedule, employee routes on a fixed weekly pattern, client and site-visit transport on a standing arrangement. Repeat work prices better than one-off bookings, and it means the same drivers learn your route, your gate, and the fact that the 8:15 always runs three minutes late because of the security queue.
The administrative side matters more here than in any other segment we serve. Purchase orders, net terms, consolidated monthly invoicing, certificates of insurance naming your entity, and vendor onboarding paperwork are all routine. Finance teams get one invoice instead of a pile of individual expense claims, which is frequently the reason the arrangement gets approved at all.
What you get
- Runs to the schedule. Loops timed to sessions and shifts rather than a flat clock, with frequency stepped up at the peaks.
- Invoicing that clears. Purchase orders, net terms, and consolidated monthly billing rather than forty individual expense claims.
- Same drivers. Recurring routes keep the same drivers, who learn the gates, the timings, and your people.
- Vendor-ready. COIs, W-9s, and onboarding paperwork handled as routine, at the limits your risk team specifies.
The trips we run most
Convention and conference shuttles
Hotel loop service timed to the session schedule, using the drop zones the venue actually assigns rather than the nearest kerb. Frequency stepped up around opening, keynotes, and close.
Recurring employee routes
Fixed weekly routes between parking, campus buildings, and transit, on a schedule that repeats. Monthly invoicing, the same drivers, and a per-trip cost meaningfully below one-off bookings.
Client and site visits
Bringing clients, partners, or inspectors through several sites in a day without losing anyone between stops. Quiet, comfortable, and on a timetable you set.
Airport group arrivals
Executive teams and conference delegations landing across a window rather than on one flight. We track arrivals and stage the pickups so nobody waits an hour at a curb.
Company events and offsites
Annual meetings, team offsites, holiday parties, and incentive trips. One vehicle means the event starts when everybody gets there rather than trickling in over ninety minutes.
Crew and workforce movement
Project crews, contractors, and shift workforces moving on schedules that do not resemble office hours. Early starts and overnight patterns are ordinary work for us.
From request to rolling
Route, frequency, and headcount. For events, the session schedule tells us more than the guest count does.
Vehicle sizing, timings, and drop zones confirmed with the venue or your facilities team.
COI, W-9, vendor onboarding, and a PO reference so the invoice matches your system.
Same drivers on recurring routes, dispatch tracking live, one contact if anything shifts.

We run corporate transportation throughout Florida, across both coasts. Pick your city and we will show you what we do there.
Ready to price your corporate transportation?
Reach us however you like. A person who actually knows the routes answers, not a call center reading from a script.
Convention season takes regional coach capacity a week at a time, and the largest shows book a year out. Recurring routes are best locked on an annual basis.
About corporate transportation
Can you invoice against a purchase order?
Yes, and it is how most of our corporate work is billed. Send the PO reference and your net terms and we will match your system. Consolidated monthly invoicing for recurring routes is standard rather than an accommodation.
Do you run recurring weekly shuttles?
Regularly, and recurring routes are priced better than the same trips booked individually. Fixed schedules also mean the same drivers each week, which matters more than people expect once a route has any complexity to it.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance naming our company?
Yes, usually the same day. Tell us the certificate holder, the limits, and any additional insured wording your risk team requires, and we will issue it to that specification.
How do convention centre shuttles actually work?
Loops between the hotel block and the assigned drop zone, timed to the session schedule with frequency raised around opening and closing. Venues assign coach zones rather than letting you choose, so we plan around the zone rather than the map.
Can you handle a group arriving on different flights?
Yes, and it is the normal case for conference delegations. We track the arrivals and stage pickups across the window so nobody sits at a curb for an hour waiting on the last flight.
Tell us about the trip
Date, headcount, pickup, destination. Four things and you will have one flat all-in number, usually the same business day.
