Charter buses, coaches and minibuses
Most companies want to sell you the biggest vehicle. We would rather put you in the right one, because a half-empty coach is money you did not need to spend.
Rather talk it through? Call (954) 250-6667 and a dispatcher will price it with you on the spot.

Full-size motorcoach 56 passengers
Long distance, big groups, everything underneath
Anything over an hour, and anything crossing the peninsula. The restroom alone changes the trip.
Full-size motorcoach details
Mid-size coach 25 to 35 passengers
The in-between size that solves most venue problems
Wedding parties and smaller guest counts, especially at venues with a difficult approach.
Mid-size coach details
Minibus 15 to 20 passengers
Small groups, tight streets, quick loops
The wedding party and photos between locations, separate from the main guest loop.
Minibus detailsHow we actually pick for you
When you send a quote request, the vehicle is a recommendation rather than an upsell. Four things decide it, and none of them are which coach we would rather have out on the road.
- Real headcount, including the people who always get forgotten in the first count
- Luggage. Twenty people going to dinner is not twenty people going on a cruise
- Trip length, because past a couple of hours an onboard restroom stops being optional
- The destination approach, since plenty of Florida venues cannot take a 45-foot coach
- Never the biggest vehicle by default, because you pay for seats you do not fill

Peak season is roughly February through April, and full-size coaches are the first thing to go on a Saturday in that window.
Choosing a vehicle
What size bus do I need for my group?
Count your people, then add the luggage. Under twenty and a minibus is usually right. Twenty-five to thirty-five points to a mid-size coach. Above that, a full-size motorcoach is both more comfortable and cheaper per seat. Tell us the headcount and we will tell you honestly, including when the smaller vehicle is the better buy.
How many vehicles do you operate?
We coordinate and dispatch our coaches directly, with partner-fleet capacity of more than forty vehicles behind that for large or concurrent bookings. Anything running under our name is managed by us.
Are your buses inspected?
Our vehicles are on a documented inspection schedule, and our safety record is public. You can look up USDOT 1310399 on the FMCSA SAFER database yourself rather than taking our word for it.
Do all your buses have restrooms?
Full-size motorcoaches do. Mid-size coaches and minibuses generally do not, which is the main thing to weigh if your trip runs over a couple of hours.
Can we see the actual bus before we book?
For larger contracts, yes, and school districts ask regularly. Get in touch and we will arrange it.
Tell us the headcount
We will come back with the right size, the honest reason for it, and one flat number for the trip.
