Check us before you book
Anyone can put a badge on a website. Everything below links to a public record you can read yourself, which is the only kind of proof worth anything when you are putting a group on a bus.
Rather talk it through? Call (954) 250-6667 and a dispatcher will price it with you on the spot.
Our credentials, and where to check them
We do not display agency seals, because carriers are not licensed to use them and a seal on a website is not verification. These are the registration numbers and the public databases that hold them.
USDOT 1310399
Our federal motor carrier registration. The SAFER database holds our inspection history, crash record, fleet data, and current registration status, updated by the federal government rather than by us.

Getting onto a district approved carrier list means passing that district's own review of insurance, driver records, and vehicle compliance, and staying on it means keeping that current. It is the closest thing this industry has to an audit, and it is why school work is a good proxy for whether a carrier is run properly.

What safety looks like on an ordinary trip
Pre-trip inspection
Brakes, tires, lights, and steering checked before the coach leaves, and the record kept. Every trip, not just the audited ones.
Licensed, tested drivers
Commercial licenses with passenger endorsements, background checks, and drug and alcohol testing to federal standards.
Hours planned, not squeezed
Federal driving limits are built into the itinerary before you get the quote. Long trips get a second driver or a real rest break.
Dispatch that watches
Trips in progress are tracked, so a delay reaches your coordinator from us rather than from a confused parent in a parking lot.
Ready to price your group?
Reach us however you like. A person who actually knows the routes answers, not a call center reading from a script.
Districts and venues that need a certificate of insurance before approval should ask early. We turn them around fast, but front offices do not.
Safety questions
How do I verify your safety record?
Look us up yourself. USDOT 1310399 on the FMCSA SAFER database returns our inspection history, crash record, and registration status straight from the federal government. We link to it rather than reprint it, because a screenshot on our own website proves nothing.
How much insurance do you carry?
$5,000,000 in liability coverage, which is the federal standard for motorcoach operation. We issue certificates of insurance naming your organization as certificate holder, usually the same day you ask.
Are your drivers background-checked?
Every driver holds a commercial driver license with a passenger endorsement and is background-checked and drug-tested to federal standards. Drivers assigned to school district work are additionally cleared to that district’s own requirements before they set foot on a campus.
What happens if a bus breaks down?
We plan for it rather than pretend it cannot happen. Dispatch tracks trips in progress, and partner-fleet capacity means a replacement vehicle can be moved to you rather than leaving your group waiting on a roadside for a company that has one spare coach.
Do your drivers follow federal hours-of-service rules?
Federal rules cap how long a driver can be behind the wheel, and we plan around them instead of hoping. Long trips get a second driver or a real rest break built into the quote, not discovered on the road.
Can our school district get the paperwork it needs?
Yes, and we already know the format each district wants. Certificates of insurance, driver records, vehicle inspection history, and vendor forms are standard requests we handle routinely rather than scramble for.
Need paperwork before you can book?
Tell us what your district, venue, or risk manager needs and we will send it. Most certificates go out the same day.
