Wedding shuttle service in Florida
Getting 120 guests from three hotels to a beach ceremony is not a vibe killer, it is just logistics. Logistics is our whole thing. Everybody arrives together, nobody gets lost, and you get married.
Rather talk it through? Call (954) 250-6667 and a dispatcher will price it with you on the spot.

Your timeline, covered end to end
Hotel to venue
Multiple hotel pickups on one loop so out-of-town guests are not hunting for parking at a venue they have never seen.
Ceremony buffer
First run leaves 90 minutes early. Late guests still make it, and your photographer keeps the schedule.
Late-night returns
Continuous loops or fixed runs after the send-off. Nobody drives who should not, and nobody waits an hour for a rideshare.
Wedding party moves
A minibus for the party and photos between locations, separate from the guest loop.
One less thing on the list
You already have a planner, a photographer, and a caterer to manage. Transportation should be the part nobody thinks about, because it just works. We confirm the timeline with you or your planner, run the loops, and stay until the last guest is out.
- We coordinate directly with your planner or venue if you would rather not manage it
- Guest counts change, and we will re-size the vehicle up to your final headcount
- Rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, and morning-after brunches on the same booking
- No surprise overtime charges when the reception runs long, we quote the real window

Ready to price your wedding shuttle?
Reach us however you like. A person who actually knows the routes answers, not a call center reading from a script.
January through April is peak wedding season in Florida and Saturdays go early. Most couples book six to nine months out.
What couples and planners ask
How much does a wedding shuttle cost?
It depends on how many hours you need the bus and how many trips it makes. Most couples book a block that covers the pre-ceremony run and the late-night return. Send us the venue, the hotels, and a rough guest count and we will quote the real window, gratuity and fuel already in the number.
How many shuttles do we need for our guest count?
A 56-passenger coach moves most weddings in one or two loops. Under about 30 guests, a minibus is usually the smarter spend. Send us your headcount and hotel list and we will map the loops for you.
When should the shuttle start running?
We usually start the first pickup 90 minutes before the ceremony, so late arrivals still make it and nobody is rushing photos. The last run goes after the send-off, whenever that actually happens.
Do shuttles run continuous loops all night?
They can. Some couples book a continuous loop so guests leave whenever they want, others book two fixed returns. Continuous costs a bit more and saves a lot of texting on your wedding night.
How far in advance should we book wedding transportation?
January through April is peak season in Florida and those Saturdays go early. Six to nine months out is comfortable, and we can sometimes fill a gap much closer in.
Got a date and a venue?
Send us the guest count and the hotels. We will come back with the loop plan and one number.
