Group transport for art week miami shuttles
Art week is the densest transport week in the Miami calendar. The main fair anchors the beach, a dozen satellite fairs spread across Wynwood, the Design District, and downtown, and the whole thing is wrapped in a week of evening events at galleries and private residences. Attendees are expected to move across all of it.
That makes it a multi-venue loop problem with a hospitality overlay, and it lands in the first week of December when Miami is already filling for the season. Causeway crossings between the mainland fairs and the beach are the constraint, and at the wrong hour a five-mile move takes forty minutes.
The groups are collectors, galleries, brands, and corporate hospitality, most of whom are attending evening events and none of whom want to park a car in Wynwood at eleven at night. A vehicle that stays with the group across a day and an evening is the product here, rather than a single transfer.

Planning notes
- Causeways decide the day. Mainland fairs and beach fairs are separated by crossings that get slow at predictable hours. We plan around them.
- A vehicle that stays. Groups move six or seven times in a day and evening. A dedicated coach beats booking each leg.
- December is already busy. Art week lands as the season fills. Vehicles commit well before the fair calendar is even published.
- Late evenings. The events run late in areas where parking is genuinely difficult. That is where the value shows up.

About art week miami shuttles
When is Miami art week?
Typically the first week of December, with dates set each year by the fair organisers. Send us your dates once they are confirmed.
Can the vehicle stay with our group all day?
Yes, and for this week it is the sensible structure. Groups move between six or seven locations across a day and evening, and booking each leg separately costs more and works worse.
Do you cover the satellite fairs as well as the main one?
Yes. Wynwood, the Design District, downtown, and the beach are all part of the same week, and the moves between them are the actual job.
How early should we book?
Months. Art week lands as the Miami season fills, and it is one of the more competitive weeks of the year for vehicles.
Are you affiliated with any fair?
No. We are an independent charter operator providing transportation around Miami. We have no affiliation with any fair, gallery, or organiser.
Causeway Coach is an independent transportation provider. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an official provider for this event or its organizers, venues, or rights holders. Event names are used only to describe the destinations we serve.
Going this year?
Send the dates and your group size. Event weekends commit our coaches earlier than anything else on the calendar, so early is genuinely better here.
