What to send
The more of this we have up front, the closer the first number is to the final one. None of it is mandatory to start, so do not let a missing detail stop you sending the trip over.
- Date, and whether it is fixed or you have flexibility
- Headcount, including chaperones, coaches, and the people always left off the first count
- Pickup point and destination, with any stops in between
- Timing that actually matters: first pitch, ceremony, all-aboard, bell time
- Luggage, gear, or equipment riding with the group
- Paperwork your organization needs, so we can send it with the quote instead of after it
Need documents first?
Certificates of insurance, W-9s, vendor forms, and driver or vehicle records go out on request, usually the same day. Tell us who the certificate holder should be and at what limits.

How fast will I hear back?
Same business day for anything sent during the week, and usually a lot faster than that. If your trip is inside 72 hours, call instead of emailing. That is what the phone is for.
What do you need from me to quote a trip?
Date, headcount, pickup point, and destination. Four things. Everything else we can work out together, and if you only have three of them we can still get started.
Can I book a trip for tomorrow?
Sometimes, and it is always worth calling to ask. Last-minute availability depends entirely on what is already out on the road, so the answer changes hour to hour and only the phone will get it for you.
Do you have an office we can visit?
We are based in Oakland Park, and for larger contracts we are happy to arrange a walkthrough of the vehicle you would be booking. School districts ask for this regularly. Call ahead rather than dropping by, since dispatch is not a storefront.
