Group transport for biketoberfest shuttles
Biketoberfest is the autumn counterpart to the March rally, compressed into a long weekend rather than stretched across ten days. It draws a large crowd into Daytona Beach and the surrounding county at a time of year when the region is otherwise fairly quiet, which changes the transportation picture in a useful way.
The demand pattern is broadly the same. Hotels want guest shuttles, vendors need staff transport, and a good number of attendees fly in and want to move around without renting a vehicle. Main Street, the Speedway area, and the venues along the beach form the footprint, and driving and parking within it during the rally is not a rewarding way to spend an evening.
The practical difference from March is availability. October in Volusia County is not competing with spring training, race weekend, or peak season, so coaches are considerably easier to secure and lead times are shorter. That said, the rally weekend itself still fills the local supply, so booking alongside the hotel block remains the sensible approach.

Yes, and it is the most common booking for this weekend. A continuous loop between your property and the rally footprint for the hours you set, with frequency raised in the evenings.
How far ahead should we book?
Earlier than you would for a normal October weekend, but not the six months March demands. Booking alongside your room block is the sensible approach.
