Employee shuttles and contract transportation
The unglamorous work that runs six days a week for two years. Fixed routes, fixed schedules, the same drivers, and one invoice a month.

Employee shuttles and contract transportation in Florida
Contract transportation is a different product from charter, even though it uses the same coaches. A charter is an event. A contract is infrastructure. When a fulfillment center runs three shifts, or a high-rise build needs ninety trades on site before seven, the transport is not a nice touch on top of the operation. It is part of whether the operation works at all.
That changes what matters. Nobody booking a shift shuttle cares about reclining seats. They care about whether the vehicle turns up at 5:40 every single morning including the morning after a hurricane watch, whether there is a plan when a coach goes down, whether the driver knows the gate and the badge process, and whether the invoicing survives contact with a procurement department. Reliability over months is the entire product.
We have run this kind of work in South Florida since 1996, and the reason operators keep these contracts is boring: we show up, we plan for the vehicle that breaks, and we bill in a way that finance teams approve without a phone call. If you are moving the same people to the same place on a repeating schedule, that is exactly the work we want.
What you get
- Priced as a contract. Recurring routes are quoted per month against a committed schedule, not per trip. That is meaningfully cheaper than booking the same run daily.
- The same drivers. Fixed routes keep fixed drivers, who learn the gate, the badge process, and which stop always runs three minutes late.
- Cover when it breaks. Vehicles fail. Partner-fleet capacity means a replacement gets moved to your route rather than your shift standing in a lot.
- Procurement-ready. POs, net terms, consolidated monthly invoicing, COIs at your specified limits, and vendor onboarding as routine work.
The trips we run most
Fulfillment and distribution centers
Shift changes move hundreds of people inside a narrow window, and the sites are usually built where parking and transit are not. Park-and-ride routes from a satellite lot take pressure off the site and off staff turnover.
Construction and high-rise builds
Trades on site before seven, on projects where the site itself has nowhere to park. We run multi-year builds on six-day schedules, which is about as demanding as recurring transport gets.
Hospitality and resort staff
Housekeeping, kitchen, and grounds teams arriving for early shifts at properties where employee parking was designed away. Seasonal ramp-ups handled on the same contract.
Port and airport workforce
Secure-side employers with badge access, restricted gates, and shift patterns that ignore office hours. We already work these approaches for cruise and airport groups.
Campus park-and-ride
Office parks, medical campuses, and universities running continuous loops between remote parking and the buildings. Frequency stepped up at the peaks rather than a flat timetable.
Event and seasonal staffing
Short-term contracts moving crews for a season, a build-out, or a run of event dates. Same structure, shorter term, and it converts to a standing route often enough.
From request to rolling
Route, shift times, headcount per run, and how many days a week. That is enough to price a contract.
Gate access, staging, turnaround space, and the realistic drive at the hour you actually run it, not at noon.
Monthly rate against a committed schedule, COI to your limits, vendor onboarding, and a PO reference on the invoice.
Same drivers, dispatch tracking every run, one contact, and a plan already in place for the day a vehicle goes down.

Ready to price your employee shuttles and contract transportation?

Contract routes are planned around vehicle commitments months out. If your build, season, or facility opening has a date, the conversation is worth having well before it.
About employee shuttles and contract transportation
How is a recurring contract priced differently from a charter?
A contract is quoted monthly against a committed schedule rather than trip by trip, which is meaningfully cheaper per run because we can plan the vehicle and the driver around it. The longer and more predictable the commitment, the better the rate works out.
What happens if a bus breaks down on a shift route?
We plan for it rather than hope. Dispatch tracks runs in progress and partner-fleet capacity means a replacement vehicle gets moved to your route. On a shift contract that contingency is most of what you are buying.
Can you handle secure sites with badge access?
Yes. Restricted gates, badge or escort requirements, and background clearance for drivers assigned to a site are all normal. Tell us the requirements up front and we will have them satisfied before the first run rather than at the gate.
Do you run early morning and overnight shifts?
Routinely. Shift transport does not respect office hours, and a five-forty start is ordinary work here. Federal driver-hour rules shape how we roster it, and that planning is built into the contract.
Will your invoicing work with our procurement process?
It is designed to. Purchase order references, net terms, consolidated monthly billing, and certificates of insurance at your specified limits with any additional insured wording your risk team requires.
What is the shortest contract you will run?
We will quote anything from a seasonal ramp-up to a multi-year build. Shorter terms price closer to charter rates, and longer commitments earn the real savings, so it is worth telling us the honest duration rather than the cautious one.
Tell us about the trip
Date, headcount, pickup, destination. Four things and you will have one flat all-in number, usually the same business day.
