Charter bus rental in Boca Raton
Corporate campuses that run their own shuttle schedules, a university with a stadium, resort weddings, and communities that book a coach the way other places book a taxi.

Why groups in Palm Beach County call us
Boca Raton is a corporate town wearing a resort town’s clothes. The office parks along Yamato and Glades hold headquarters and regional operations that move people in groups all year, and the Boca Raton Innovation Campus alone is one of the largest single office buildings in the state. That produces a steady, unglamorous demand for employee shuttles, client transport, and offsite runs that has nothing to do with the season.
Layered on top is everything the city is better known for. Florida Atlantic University brings students, athletics, and commencement crowds. The resort and country club weddings run most of the year. And the 55+ communities west of the turnpike book group trips with a regularity that makes them some of our most reliable customers, whether that is a theatre night, a casino run, or a cruise port transfer.
The practical constraint here is access rather than distance. Gated communities, country club entrances, and downtown Mizner Park were not laid out with 45-foot coaches in mind. A lot of Boca Raton bus rental work is really a vehicle-sizing decision, and we will tell you when a mid-size coach or a minibus gets closer to the door than the big one would.
Where Boca Raton groups actually go
Corporate campus and offsite shuttles
The office corridors along Yamato and Glades run recurring employee shuttles, client visits, and offsite meetings. Regular routes on a fixed schedule are straightforward for us to hold, and finance teams tend to prefer one invoice to forty expense claims.
FAU events and athletics
Florida Atlantic brings game days, commencement, conferences, and visiting team travel. Stadium parking and campus access are both easier to solve with a coach than with a caravan, particularly on a full house.
Resort and club weddings
The resorts and country clubs here run weddings most of the year, and nearly all of them have valet capacity built for a normal evening rather than a hundred and fifty guests arriving at once. Shuttle loops fix the arrival and the late-night return.
55+ community trips
The communities west of the turnpike book theatre nights, casino runs, shopping trips, and cruise transfers on a repeating calendar. We know which entrances a full-size coach can actually use and which ones need a smaller vehicle.
Cruise port transfers
Port Everglades is half an hour south and PortMiami about an hour, which puts two of the busiest cruise ports in the world within easy reach. For a group, the bus almost always beats a week of port garage parking.
Mizner Park and downtown events
The amphitheatre, the restaurants, and the downtown event calendar draw groups into an area where parking is the whole problem. One drop at the door solves it, and the return trip is already arranged.
Sized for the group, not the invoice

Pickups across Palm Beach County
Gated communities and club entrances are common here and worth flagging when you book. If the guard gate or the porte-cochere will not take a full-size coach, we would rather send the right vehicle than discover the problem at the gate.
Ready to price your Boca Raton trip?
Reach us however you like. A person who actually knows the routes answers, not a call center reading from a script.
Corporate calendars and wedding season both peak here from January through May, and FAU commencement weekends take a large share of the county's coaches on their own.
Boca Raton questions
Can a coach get into our gated community?
Often, but it is the first thing to check rather than the last. Guard gates, speed tables, and tight interior roads all matter. Tell us the community when you book and we will confirm the approach and send a vehicle that fits it.
Do you run recurring corporate shuttles?
Yes, and Boca is one of the better markets for it. Fixed routes on a set schedule, invoiced monthly, with the same drivers learning your routine. It costs less per trip than booking one-offs and it is far less work for whoever manages it.
What size vehicle suits a 55+ community trip?
It usually comes down to the entrance rather than the headcount. Plenty of communities here are easier for a mid-size coach or a minibus, and those cost less to run anyway. We will look at both and tell you which is genuinely better.
How far is Boca Raton from the cruise ports?
Port Everglades is roughly half an hour south and PortMiami about an hour, traffic permitting. Both are comfortable morning runs, and both are far cheaper than parking at the port for the length of a sailing.
Do you cover Delray Beach and Deerfield too?
Yes, along with Highland Beach, Parkland, Coral Springs, Boynton Beach, and west into the communities past the turnpike. Multiple pickups across that area on one run are routine.
