Group airport transfers in Florida
Airports are where group trips fall apart. Thirty people land, split across terminals, get separated at baggage claim, and reassemble as six rideshares that arrive at the hotel forty minutes apart with somebody missing a bag. What if our flight is delayed?

Yes, and it is the usual case for conferences and destination weddings. We either stage pickups across the arrival window or hold at a single point until the group is complete, whichever wastes less of everyone's time.
Where exactly will the bus meet us?
At the coach pickup area for your terminal, which is not always the obvious kerb. We send the meeting point in advance along with the driver details, so nobody is wandering the arrivals hall looking for a bus.
Can you take us straight to a cruise terminal?
Yes, and airport-to-port is one of the most common transfers we run. Tell us the ship and the boarding window and we will go directly to the assigned terminal rather than via a hotel.
Is a coach cheaper than several rideshares?
For a group with luggage, usually, and the gap widens with distance. Six rideshares from RSW to Naples costs more than most people assume, and they arrive separately, which is the part that actually causes problems.
