Halloween Horror Nights group shuttles

It ends somewhere after one in the morning, the parking structure empties in a single wave, and I-4 afterward is not a drive anyone should be making.

Real quote, fast. About 25 minutes from MCO, 3.5 hours from Miami, 90 minutes from Tampa

Getting there

Group transport to Halloween Horror Nights

This is the single strongest argument for a charter bus in the Florida theme park calendar, and it is not close. The event runs select nights across autumn, finishes in the early hours, sells out repeatedly, and empties tens of thousands of people into a parking structure at once. A meaningful share of them have been drinking.

The audience compounds it. Horror Nights draws groups: friend groups, office outings, university societies, and a very large contingent travelling up from South Florida and across from Tampa specifically for it. Those people are facing a three-and-a-half hour drive home at two in the morning after a long night, which is exactly the trip nobody should be doing behind their own wheel.

What a coach gives you is a driver who is fresh, a vehicle waiting at an agreed point, and no argument at the end of the night about who is fine to drive. For groups coming from outside Orlando it also turns the journey into part of the evening rather than the price of it.

At a glance

Where: Orlando, Florida

Busy season: Typically September through early November, select nights

Typical drive: About 25 minutes from MCO, 3.5 hours from Miami, 90 minutes from Tampa

Worth knowing

  • Plan the 1am return first. Everything about this booking is the exit. Agree the pickup point before the group goes in.
  • Alcohol in the contract. Drinking on board has to be written in and carries a damage deposit. Most groups arrange it for the return.
  • Select nights sell out. Weekends in late October go first, and the coaches go with them. Book when you buy tickets.
  • Long hauls need a full coach. From South Florida this is a three-and-a-half hour run each way. Restroom on board is not optional.

Ready to price your trip to Horror Nights?

Reach us however you like. A person who actually knows the routes answers, not a call center reading from a script.

Late October weekends sell out and the coaches commit with them. Book transport when you buy tickets, not after.

  1. You send the basics. Date, pickup, destination, headcount. That is enough to price it.
  2. We send one all-in number. Bus, driver, and fuel together, with tolls and parking itemized.
  3. You approve, we hold the coach. Paperwork and certificates follow for schools and vendors.
Common questions

Getting a group to Horror Nights

Can you collect us after 1am?

That is the main reason groups book this. The driver waits at an agreed point and the return is planned into the hours from the start. It is the single worst hour of the year to be arranging a ride from a theme park car park.

Do you run groups up from Miami and Fort Lauderdale?

Regularly, and it is one of our more common autumn bookings. Roughly three and a half hours each way, on a full-size coach with a restroom, so the drive is part of the night rather than the cost of it.

Can we drink on the bus?

Only if it is written into the contract, and it requires a damage deposit. For this particular event most groups arrange it for the return leg.

How far ahead should we book?

When you buy tickets. Late October weekends sell out and regional coach capacity commits at the same time, so leaving it until September is leaving it late.

Are you affiliated with the event?

No. We are an independent charter operator providing transportation to Orlando. We have no affiliation with the event or the resort, and we do not sell event admission.

Causeway Coach is an independent transportation provider. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an official transportation provider for any venue, park, speedway, or attraction named on this page.
