Getting a group to Aquatica
Can our camp book the whole summer at once?
That is the sensible structure and it is how most camps do it. A booked calendar prices below individual trips, guarantees the vehicle through the busy weeks, and means the same driver runs a route the children recognise.
What time should we schedule the return?
Later than you think. Water park groups reliably leave after the time they intended, so we plan a realistic collection rather than have a coach sitting idle.
Are your drivers cleared for youth groups?
Every driver is background-checked and drug-tested to federal standards, and we hold approved carrier status with three Florida school districts. We can meet the same standard for your organisation.
What size vehicle do camp groups usually need?
Smaller than expected once you account for gear. A minibus handles most day camp cohorts and costs meaningfully less than a full coach. Tell us the headcount and we will size it honestly.
