Your guest block is in Brickell or downtown, the ceremony is on the beach or in Key Biscayne, and between them sits a causeway with a bridge, a toll, and traffic that behaves entirely differently at four in the afternoon than at noon. Guests who drive themselves discover this at exactly the wrong moment.
The second problem is parking, and it is worse here than the causeways. Valet capacity at a South Beach hotel or a Coral Gables venue is built for an ordinary evening, not for ninety cars arriving inside twenty minutes. Every wedding planner in this city has watched a ceremony start late because the valet line backed onto the street.

Yes, and in Miami it is the norm rather than the exception. Send us the properties and the ceremony time and we will sequence the pickups so the first guest on board is not sitting through the entire route.
Can a coach reach a South Beach venue?
Often, though the streets and the loading restrictions decide it rather than the venue. Tell us the address and we will confirm where we can actually stage, which sometimes means a mid-size coach instead.
Do you run continuous loops after the reception?
Regularly, and it is worth the extra hours in this city. Guests leave when they are ready instead of everyone waiting on one departure, and nobody drives back over a bridge after the bar.
