Tampa has three venues that matter for group transport and they behave completely differently. Raymond James is a large stadium with the parking acreage to match. Amalie Arena sits in the dense Channelside grid downtown where staging a 55-foot vehicle is a genuine constraint. The schedule works backward from warm-up rather than forward from the hotel. Can equipment travel with the team?
Yes, in the under-floor bays on a full-size coach. Tell us roughly what is coming so we size the vehicle to the gear as well as the headcount — equipment volume drives that decision more often than seat count does.
Is downtown parking a problem for a coach?
Around Amalie and Channelside, yes. There is limited standing for a full-size vehicle, so where the coach waits during an event is settled at planning stage rather than left to the driver to solve on arrival.
Can one booking cover a multi-day trip?
Yes, and it is usually cheaper than separate daily bookings. Pricing is on driver hours, so waiting time built into a day generally beats two bookings, and the team is not stranded when a game overruns.
Do you carry supporters as well as the team?
