15 to 20 passengers
A minibus is the honest answer for groups under about twenty, and booking a 56-passenger coach for fourteen people is one of the more common ways to overspend on group transportation. It seats fifteen to twenty, moves easily through residential streets and hotel entrances, and costs meaningfully less to run.
It comes into its own on repeat trips. Continuous wedding loops between a hotel and a venue, employee shuttles running a fixed route, and airport transfers where the group is small but the luggage is not. Anywhere the vehicle is doing several short runs rather than one long one, the smaller vehicle wins on both cost and turnaround.
It is also the practical choice when the destination is the constraint. Sanibel, Marco Island, Key West, and half the wedding venues on both coasts have parking and access limits that a full-size coach cannot work around.

Reach us however you like. A person who actually knows the routes answers, not a call center reading from a script.
Full-size coaches go first in peak season, roughly February through April, and Saturdays go first within that. If your date is fixed, lock the vehicle early.
About the minibus
How many people actually fit on a minibus?
Fifteen to twenty depending on the vehicle and how much luggage is riding with you. Twenty people with airport bags is tighter than twenty people going to dinner, so tell us which one it is.
Is a minibus cheaper than a full-size coach?
Yes, meaningfully, which is why booking one for a group of fifteen is the single easiest way to keep the cost down. If you are hovering near twenty-five, we will price both and show you where the line is.
Can a minibus do continuous loops all night?
It is the best vehicle for it. Quicker to load and unload than a full coach, easier to turn around at a venue entrance, and cheaper to keep running for the hours a wedding actually lasts.
Is this a party bus?
No. It is a professional shuttle vehicle with a CDL driver, not a nightlife product. Alcohol on board has to be in the contract and requires a damage deposit.
