Orlando and Tampa trips
Orlando and Tampa are the two biggest reasons South Florida groups get on a bus for the day. Walt Disney World, Universal, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, and the Tampa waterfront all sit within about four hours of the southeast coast, which is a long drive in a car and a comfortable one in a coach with a restroom.
Unlike our scheduled tours, these do not carry a published price, and that is deliberate rather than evasive. A single-day school trip to a theme park, a three-day family reunion with hotel nights, and a corporate incentive run price nowhere near each other. Driver hours alone change the shape of the quote once you go overnight.
What we can tell you is what goes into it: how many days, how many people, whether the driver stays over, and how many stops you want along the way. Give us those four and you will have a real number quickly.

Group rates apply on every tour we run. Past a certain headcount it usually costs less to charter the whole coach and set your own departure time, and we will price both so you can compare.

Reach us however you like. A person who actually knows the routes answers, not a call center reading from a script.
Scheduled tours fill fastest in season, roughly January through April. Group bookings should go in earlier than that.
About the orlando and tampa trips
Why is there no published price for this one?
Because the range is too wide to be useful. A one-day park run and a three-day reunion with overnight driver lodging are different products. We would rather ask four questions and give you a real figure than post a number you cannot rely on.
Can you do it as an overnight trip?
Yes, and most Orlando trips work better that way. Federal rules cap driver hours, so overnight trips include either a rest break or a second driver, plus lodging for the driver. All of that goes in the quote up front.
Do you handle park tickets?
We handle the transportation and the routing. Admission you buy directly, which almost always gets you a better price than going through a middleman.
How far in advance should we book?
Spring break and the summer window fill early, and school groups tend to lock dates a semester out. If your dates are set, tell us now and we will hold a coach.
