A minibus that would be fine for a South Florida day trip is a poor choice for a three-hour run into the interior with twenty teenagers and their kit.
Against that, the camp properties themselves frequently cannot take a full-size vehicle to the parade ground. Sand roads, soft verges and low branches are the norm on rural north Florida properties, so the useful conversation is about where the coach can turn around and whether the last half-mile is walked. It is better to settle that at quote stage than to discover it with a loaded vehicle on a single-track road.
