Three steps, no runaround
Date, headcount, pickup, destination. If you are missing one, send it anyway and we will work around it.
Availability, the right vehicle for your group, and driver hours if it is a long one. Then one flat all-in figure.
A card authorization holds the reservation. Payment in full is due 3 business days before departure.
Driver details ahead of the day, dispatch watching it live, and one company answering the phone if anything moves.
Why bother with a quote at all
Because charter pricing genuinely depends on your date, your hours, and your headcount, and any company that hands you a firm number before asking is either padding it or planning to revise it. We would rather do the arithmetic properly and once.

If your trip is inside 72 hours, call rather than send a form. Last-minute availability depends on what is already out on the road, and that changes hour to hour.

Does asking for a quote commit me to anything?
No. It is a number and an availability check, and plenty of people use it to see whether a bus beats everyone driving separately. Nothing is held and nothing is charged until you say go.
How long does a quote take?
Same business day for most trips, often within the hour. Multi-day itineraries and anything crossing the state take a bit longer because the driver hours have to be worked out properly first.
What if my headcount changes?
Expected, and it happens on nearly every booking. We re-size the vehicle up to your final count, and if the change makes a smaller vehicle the right answer we will tell you rather than quietly keep the bigger number.
What if I need to cancel?
7 or more days before your trip: no cancellation fee. 3 to 6 days before, it is 50% of the quoted total, and inside 72 hours the full amount, because at that point the coach and driver are committed. Date changes are free at any point if we can move you to an open coach.
Will the price change after I book?
Not unless you change the trip. Driver gratuity and fuel are inside the quoted figure from the start. Tolls, parking, and driver lodging on overnight runs sit outside it unless you ask us to fold them in, and we will say so plainly rather than let you find out later.
